The purpose of this group is to offer support, education, referrals, and self-care to family members and concerned others affected by a loved one’s alcohol, drug, mental health, and/or other behavioral issues, job or financial difficulties, and family/relationship circumstances.
We work on self-care and stress reduction by setting realistic expectations of others and ourselves, decreasing demands on us, and changing some of our behaviors to reduce financial and other worries. Please join us for ongoing support. When we support people who have big problems we also benefit.
