A list of websites that may offer low-cost or free CLEs.
LCL provides this list as a service; inclusion on this list does not constitute an endorsement by LCL.
Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL) – LCL offers one or two CLE programs each month. LCL does not charge for its CLE programming; free-will donations are gratefully accepted.
Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA)
Section or Committee Meetings – Program cost may depend on MSBA membership, section membership, or both.
Individual districts may also offer CLEs.
MSBA Convention – Held annually in June
Legal Business as Usual – A bi-weekly webcast on Thursday mornings.
County Bar Associations
Anoka County Bar Association
Hennepin County Bar Association – free CLEs for members.
Ramsey County Bar Association – some events are low-cost or free to members.
Washington County Bar Association
Minnesota State Law Library – free CLEs every month plus a list of free archived on-demand programs.
Dakota County Law Library
Hennepin County Law Library – free CLEs monthly on the 3rd Friday from 12:15 – 1:15

Minnesota Legal Services Coalition – the site includes a calendar with links to many public and legal services programs. Many are free for volunteers. You will need to follow the links to the original sponsor to learn registration information.
