Lawyers, Learn to Partner with Your Nervous System for Reduced Stress, Greater Resilience, and Enhanced Performance (Pending one mental health credit)

August 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Want to build resilience and handle stress more effectively in your legal practice? LCL’s one-hour webinar will explore nervous system principles and their practical applications in the legal profession. Lawyers rely heavily on their intellect; yet one’s neurophysiological state, often outside conscious awareness, is a critical component to lawyer wellbeing and performance. During this webinar, participants will learn to recognize their personal nervous system states (fight, flight, flee or fawn) and learn tips for cultivating a nervous system that is regulated, flexible, and able to respond appropriately to our environment. We will also review how a lawyer’s nervous system state can impact clients, co-workers, and others in our lives. Nervous system awareness and flexibility is critical in a high-stress profession like law. After this presentation, you’ll have new skills to reduce responses to stress, increase productivity and resilience, and contribute to a better legal environment for all. Free registration here. (One mental health credit sought)
